The Special Collections Room features two separate areas: a sealed, climate-controlled room that preserves our collections and a viewing room where patrons can have a first-hand look at our valuable pieces. This room’s city scape view and sophisticated décor make it ideal for hosting a meeting or small party.

Pricing
Daytime:
- $725 (standard rate) per day
- $575 (tax exempt nonprofit rate) per day
Evening Rate (starting at 5:00 p.m.):
- $1,225 (standard rate) per day
- $1,025 (tax exempt nonprofit rate) per day
Includes:
- 1 hour setup, 1/2 hour teardown
- Parking for up to 300 cars in our underground garage
- Restroom attendants throughout your event
- Indoor mahogany wooden dance floor (up to 20' x 20')
